Volvo XC40
The XC40 features a cabin that’s spacious and loaded with tech, swanky styling, and excellent safety features. While performance and fuel economy scores are low, the all-electric Recharge model changes that completely.
BMW X1
This SUV performs like a true BMW, thanks to its energetic engine and agile handling. It may look small, but the cabin is surprisingly spacious. But the material quality isn’t top shelf, and its value rating is average.
Lexus UX
The UX offers excellent value thanks to its great fuel economy, high safety ratings, and excellent reliability ratings. But, owners find the passenger space, ride quality, and engine power a little lacking.

Porsche Cayenne
The badge on the hood means that this SUV offers segment-best handling, braking, and acceleration. It really puts the ‘sport’ in SUV. But the cargo capacity is limited, and the engine is thirsty. Its coupe version improves dynamics.
Audi Q8
The Q8 is luxurious, surprisingly spacious, and very well packaged. It offers superb technology and quality. It’s not very sporty, but you can choose the SQ8 or the RSQ8 to fix that.
